The architectural concept of Embassy Pattaya is built around the idea of a low-rise premium residential complex with a rich internal infrastructure, inspired by the aesthetics of diplomatic residences and French symmetry. Three eight-story buildings combine studios, residences with 1–3 bedrooms, and exclusive two-level penthouses, while the public spaces are distributed across the levels so that areas for relaxation, sports, and private living harmoniously complement each other and do not overlap.
The central entrance is highlighted by a spacious seven-story lobby with expressive modern design, a grand staircase, and an access control system. The lower levels of the complex and underground space are allocated for infrastructure and spa zones: here are located an indoor pool with an open space effect, a fitness center with Technogym technological equipment, as well as hammam, saunas, and onsen with separate areas for men and women.
